Overview

This course is designed to help develop and assist with document and information management within organizations. Course content includes:

  • Review types of documents used within organizations and how those documents work with each other to address stakeholders
  • Adapt communicative practices for external and internal audiences
  • Understand how information is shared within organizations

This course features several focuses for practical use. This includes a focus on the development of communication methods throughout the fire service organization, including internal and external stakeholders as well as preparing for performance reviews, staff meetings and informal fire station discussions.
