Prepare for In Demand Industry Certifications
Successfully completing the Positive Leadership Certificate prepares you to earn recertification PDCs from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP™) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP™).
PELA 0400 - Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being allows you to earn the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification. This program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest organization of professionally trained and certified coaches.

Advertising and Marketing Managers
Marketing managers work across an organization and manage teams to develop strategies for pricing and lead generations and that promote a company's services and products and increase engagement. Advertising and marketing managers earn a median income of $141,490 a year and expect 10% job growth from 2020 to 2030.
Facility Managers
As a facility manager, you’ll continually monitor facilities and direct staff to ensure building, grounds, and equipment are safe, secure, and well maintained. Facility managers earn a median income of $98,890 a year and have an expected job growth rate of 9% from 2020 to 2030.
HR Managers
HR managers oversee employee relations, work with the leading executives to strategize talent management, maximize human potential, secure regulatory compliance, administer employee-related services such as payroll, training, and benefits and supervise employees within their department. HR managers earn a median income of $121,220 a year and have an expected job growth rate of 9% from 2020 to 2030.
Sales Managers
Sales managers are directly responsible for directing the team that increases the bottom line of a company as they work to sell the products and services provided. Clear leadership abilities, especially team-building and coaching, are essential to the core of their role. Sales managers earn a median income of $132, 290 a year and expect 7% job growth from 2020 to 2030.
