Fosters an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued and leveraged to achieve the vision and mission of the organization.

In partnership with a broad array of industry, government, and educational leaders in this field, this program will offer hands-on opportunities to create high-functioning DEI programs or evaluate existing ones, develop additional approaches and structures, and measure progress through the lens of all stakeholders with an eye toward anticipating rather than reacting to changes in this area. Finally, this program will assist participants in growing both a DEI culture and continued positive business outcomes.
