This course is designed to help participants develop a strategic mindset, which is the ability to think critically, plan effectively, and make informed decisions in the face of uncertainty.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to identify and analyze key business drivers, assess industry trends and competitive forces, and evaluate opportunities and risks.
