This course builds on the foundational understanding of acquisition to develop a deeper, richer, and more holistic understanding of the complexity and nuances of the acquisition lifecycle. Students will focus on key concepts of the acquisition lifecycle and learn how to manage more complex issues and uncertainty in the contracting process, such as contract modifications, intellectual property, cost and price analysis, etc.
