Many people are scared of conflict, or otherwise avoid conflict as much as they can. In this session we will work to overcome that fear and reshape how we think about conflict and resolving disputes. This will include discussion and practice of individual skills such as active listening and perspective taking as well as discussions of how to think about conflict situations.
