Overview
George Mason's Contracting with the Federal Government programs are designed to provide the tools and current information that government contracting and procurement professionals need to succeed in the government contracting environment.
This certificate is based on current industry standards. Focusing on quality content and delivery, this program offers the most timely, practical, and high-quality content and instruction for government contractors and procurement professionals.
Offered through a cooperative relationship with Public Contracting Institute (PCI), courses are taught by instructors with substantial experience and expertise in government contracting. Courses are highly participatory and focus on the current government contracting environment as well as future trends and proposed changes.

Earners of the Contracting with the Federal Government: Administration Badge understand the vast array of rules and regulations governing government contracts, as well as possess the ability to apply the Federal Acquisition Regulations to a contract. Students will have a strong grasp of negotiation strategies, techniques and skills, and full knowledge of ethical and compliance standards that must be adhered to.
+ Certificate Requirements
This certificate requires a minimum of 60 contact hours of training.
To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must, within 18 months, complete all course requirements within their selected certificate program.
100% attendance and participation are expected from participants.
