Continuing and Professional Education continues to monitor developments regarding coronavirus.. Mason’s focus continues to be the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, employees, and the communities we serve. To that end, we are currently working with our vendors and instructors to mitigate potential disruptions of course and program delivery. In addition to helping students become aware of disruptions to regularly scheduled courses and programs, we are working to finalize contingency plans in place that are designed to provide continuity in delivery. These include remote delivery capabilities, alternate classroom locations and continuity plans for accessing support.

+ Are we having class?
We will contact students related to any courses that may be affected by this health concern. Until you have been directly notified about changes in course delivery, please expect that your Continuing and Professional Education class will be conducted as scheduled but in a virtual/online format. Please visit the university’s coronavirus update page or Mason’s homepage for more information.
+ In the event of a university closure, how will I access my class?
All classes through Summer 2022 are being moved virtual/online formats. You will be notified by our office of the contingency plan for your scheduled course or program.
+ How do I reach my instructor?
If your instructor has not shared his/her/their contact information with you, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703-993-2109 and we will facilitate reaching your instructor.
+ I prefer to not take my course in an online format, what are my options?
If you have any barriers of difficulty with online instruction please contact our office at email@example.com or 703-993-2109 so that we may discuss alternative arrangements.
